摘　要: 本文主要介紹臺達(dá)機(jī)電產(chǎn)品在數(shù)控多晶硅切斷機(jī)床上的整合應(yīng)用。該控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)　　合臺達(dá)HMI、PLC、和伺服及變頻器等自動化產(chǎn)品，操作界面友好簡單，實現(xiàn)了設(shè)備的技術(shù)升級與高效節(jié)能，體現(xiàn)出臺達(dá)自動化產(chǎn)品較高的性價比，系統(tǒng)運行證明：臺達(dá)產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定可靠，控制效率高，值得業(yè)界同行借鑒和推廣。

　　Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the integrated application of Delta electromechanical products in numerical control polysilicon cutting machine.The control system realizes the equipement’s technology upgrade and high efficiency energy saving based on Delta HMI、PLC、servo and tranducer etc.. The operation interface looks friendly and easy. The application shows the high performance price ratio of Delta automation products.The operation practice proves that Delta products can work with good performance and stability and easy operation , so it’s worth being widely spread.
